We want you to have the best experience possible and the only way to control that is through whitelisting members. Although whitelisted colonists is our #1 priority, it should be noted that being whitelisted is not required to play. Being whitelisted is optional to being part of a verified and recommended community without restrictions. If you have a problem with anything whatsoever, our Staff as well as Ambassadors are always here to help. If you need specialized tech support, we’ve got you covered with our ticket system. There are additional perks to being whitelisted, but please be aware that you will not have any in-game advantage over other players. Keep in mind that just because you apply, doesn’t mean you’ll get in. Many applicants get denied for various acceptable reasons – we take our community very seriously.

Once our operators have your application, your data will be processed and reviewed by our whitelisting team. Once accepted you will be contacted via Facebook PM with additional steps to finalize your whitelist.

Depending on our queue, processing can take anywhere from 1 to 72 hours from the time you submitted your application. Expect extended delays during Summer months and holidays.
